Le Vautour Noir

À distance dans l'énorme dôme du jour, il se tient unshared le
silence du ciel. Le bas lointain ses yeux mornes et implacables
aperçoivent de loin l'empire de l'aigle et la maison-Loin du faucon
vers le bas, les galleons du coucher du soleil errent; Ses risques
sur la mer du matin se trouvent; Serene, il entend le soupir cassé
de tempête où les sierras froides brillent comme la mousse
dispersée.

Et mineurs de tous il juge l'essaim humain inconscient maintenant que
les hommes envieux disposent à faire leur rêve et son
accomplissement un, quand, portés en équilibre au-dessus des
caldrons du donner l'assaut à, leurs coeurs, méprisants de la mort, oseront
ses routes entre le tonnerre et le soleil.
