Adam Markowitz: Software Consultant

Adam has over a decade of experience using, writing, and creating development tools for the Microsoft Windows (native 32-bit), .NET, and Linux platforms. He has spent more than 8 years on a number of the Borland Research and Development teams striving to create quality and performance in everything he does. His computer interests lie in new technologies and methodologies (.NET, AJAX, etc.) as well as old (compiler design and implementation, language design, etc.). He is a graduate of the University of California at Santa Cruz (UCSC) obtaining his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science in 2006.

Beverly Lawley: Chairperson & Sales Director

Beverly has the responsibility for Sales & Marketing. Bev has been in Sales for 15 years owns two website companies  selling advertising space. She also owns Ex-Isle Casting, an agency based on the Isle Of Man, supplying fi lm extras and featured supporting artistes to fi lm and television productions visiting the island.  To date, the agency has worked with over 20 production companies, alongside many high profi le Actors including Johnny Depp, Ralph Fiennes, Penelope Cruz, and established Directors such as Guy Ritchie, Oliver Parker and Richard Linklater.

Bill Perrot: Chief Executive Officer

Bill attended the University of Missouri after the military where he was an ARMY helicopter pilot and he brings 30 years of experience in executive management, marketing, finance and operations to the company. Bill was the CEO and founder of ONE PLUS, Inc., a national telecommunications company, formed in 1989 that went public through a reverse merger in 1994. Bill started his career in the insurance business starting as an agent, then becoming a founding partner in a financial planning firm and eventually forming his own practice, ProMark. ProMark specialized in broader business services using more sophisticated tax strategies in the formation of off shore insurance companies and tax planning techniques earning Bill a reputation as a trusted advisor.

Bill invested with a client in an automobile dealer group comprised of Rolls Royce, Mercedes-Benz, Ferrari, Nissan, Ford and Mercury dealerships. The automobile business was a great expansion of Bill's personal growth by dealing with the banking side of the business, working with the factories and the marketing/advertising/media side of the business as well.  Additionally, his experience includes ten years in the mortgage industry where he held various management positions with industry leading lenders, including: Wells Fargo Bank, Royal Mortgage Banc and U.S. Home Lending, Inc. Bill is an experienced and driven professional with a diverse background as a small business owner, entrepreneur and corporate officer.

Dylan Schiemann: Business Partner / BOD / Director

Dylan Schiemann is CEO of SitePen and co-founder of the Dojo Toolkit, an open source JavaScript toolkit for rapidly building web sites and applications, and is an expert in the technologies and opportunities of the Open Web. Under his guidance, SitePen has grown from a small development firm to a leading provider of inventive tools, skilled software engineers, knowledgeable consulting services, and top-notch training and advice. Dylan's commitment to R&D has enabled SitePen to be a major contributor to or creator of pioneering open source web development toolkits and frameworks like Dojo, cometD, DWR, and Persevere. Prior to SitePen, Dylan developed web applications for companies like Renkoo, Informatica, Security FrameWorks and VizionalTechnologies. He is a co-founder of Comet Daily, LLC, a board member at Dojo Foundation and a member of the Advisory Board at Aptana. Dylan earned his Masters in Physical Chemistry from UCLA and his B.A. in Mathematics from Whittier College.

Gary Roberto: Director of Customer Service

As director of customer service, Mr. Roberto brings has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications, publishing, content development and public relations industry. For years he served as a communications liaison for numerous community events ranging from walk-a-thons to facilitating operations on the annual Rose Bowl Parade. He was also the managing editor of a well-respected international trade magazine in the mailing and document publishing industry. Mr. Roberto has been actively involved in community relations and sat for a time on the Board of Directors of the Spokane Valley Chamber of Commerce and the Pasadena Radio Club in California.

In 1995 Mr. Roberto developed, edited and published online, TMC, one of the first trade publications on the web. In 1998 he worked with one of the first online community companies in the region. Since 1999 he has owned his own internet design and publishing company in which he has developed, designed and published hundreds of web sites over the years. He has also photographed hundreds of community and business events, and many of his photographs have been selected and published in other publications. Mr. Roberto is a man of character and integrity. He has been highly respected in the business industry and has been honored for his many hours of community service.

Jennifer Govey: Concept Development & Industry Consultant

Jen has over 15 years professional experience in the fi lm industry, including; screenwriting, development, pre-production, production, post and delivery.  In this time she has assisted some of the industryʼs fi nest technicians including legendary British producers Lord Lew Grade and Peter Rogers. Jen is currently screenwriting and assisting in fi lm development, writing and rewriting in a freelance capacity.  Jen has been actively involved in online industry networking since 1996.  In 2001 she set up her own website of information and links for the fi lm industry and is established in many online fi lm networking groups.  a member of BECTU, the fi lm Union, and The Writersʼ Guild of Great Britain.

John Pursglove, A.R.I.C.S.: European Business Managing Director

John is a Chartered Planning & Development Surveyor and was a senior partner in Sykes Waterhouse & Co, chartered surveyors, commercial & residential property consultants with twenty-one offi  ces throughout Merseyside, Chester and North Wales.  John was head of the planning and development department.

Robin Craine: Concept Development & Industry Consultant

Rob has worked in production in both the Isle of Man, and British, Film and Television industries  for nearly 10 years.  Credits include feature fi lms and television dramas produced by some of the industryʼs most prominent companies such as Warner Brothers, Samuelson Films, Tiger Aspect, Company Pictures and Trademark Films, and Rob has worked alongside key fi gures  including Producers Marc Samuelson and David Parfitt, Chairman of BAFTA.  Rob is now expanding into development himself, and working towards Co and Associate Producer roles, in liaison with UK and US based associates.

William H. McGill: Strategic Advisor

William is Regional Vice President of McGill Internationalʼs Southeastern Operations, and has managed some of the largest accounts in the region such as the University of Alabama, Springhill Memorial Hospital, the Surgical Association of Mobile, and the Mobile Area Chamber of Commerce. William has the enormous responsibility of managing McGill Internationalʼs ancillary production team, providing oversight to clients such as Dow Jones and the Wall Street Journal, by ensuring quality web delivery and support for D4 participants such as Bill Gates, Steve Jobs, Paul Ottelini and many other icons of the technology landscape. Also serving as regional coordinator for contracts and acquisitions, William has the professional experience and technical savvy to autonomously develop and manage key professional relationships at the highest levels of the client portfolio.

Are you a good communicator, capable of doing media interviews and a serious networker? Can you passionately articulate how and why we will change the collective mind and empower individuals? We are looking for numerous regional Ambassadors for every country in the world, every state and every major city.

Potential Goodwill Ambassadors, who wish to represent the treaty project must be of good moral character. Candidates must be poised, articulate, accessible, willing, and able to communicate our message, objective and philosophies in depth. You must have strong communication, grammar and writing skills. Ambassadors must be willing and comfortable conducting interviews with the media and press services. If you believe in this project, meet the requirements above and would like to apply, contact us at the email address provided on our home page and send us an introduction, a brief bio, and your resume/CV.

Other requirements: You must have a telephone number, email and physical address you can list on the site so people can contact you about the project, and so people can mail you signed treaties. You will scan in the treaties and email them to the project.

Samantha Lockwood is an actress. She was born in Los Angeles and raised in Malibu and La Quinta, CA. She achieved outstanding academics at Palm Valley Prep School and attended UC Santa Cruz. Her father is the iconic actor Gary Lockwood, widely known for Sci-Fi work and especially as Dr. Frank Poole in "2001: A Space Odyssey". Samantha first got the 'acting bug' doing on camera hosting for Thane Marketing International a company founded my her mother Denise DuBarry and her stepfather Bill Hay. She began studying acting with Film coach Aaron Speiser, and Stewart Moss at the age of fifteen. One of her first roles was in Catherine Hardwick's "Lords of Dogtown," since then she's co-starred on "CSI: New York," as well as starred in her own short film "That Guy" which made big in festivals. Samantha and her mother, Denise DuBarry, are both students of Bikram Choudhury, founder of Bikram yoga. Ms. Lockwood completed the Bikram Yoga Teacher Training at seventeen years old and won a medal for Best in Posture. She and has even competed in the International Yoga Competition. Samantha also donates her art and her time to many charitable causes. She's been the topic of numerous headlines in her hometown communities of in Palm Springs, and Malibu, and highlighted in several prominent Magazine's such as: cover of Ms. Fitness, La Quinta Magazine (cover), The Desert Life Magazine, Palm Springs Life, LA Confidential and in Maxim where she was noted as the "upcoming talented young actresses to keep an eye on".

Biographical Information
Ms. Davis owns and operates DAVISCommunications in Connecticut. She has nineteen (19) years' experience in marketing, public, government, community relations, and event planning. She has nine (9) years experience in professional training and leadership development. Having traveled to 52 countries, she has grown her firm to be recognized in the U.S., Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East.

She is an expert on communication theory and application, coaching and executive training. A specialist in public affairs and media campaigns, she creates, manages, implements statewide and national community and social marketing and outreach initiatives designed to educate and impact behavior. She has been in charge of constituency-building on the national level for women's issues, small business, welfare reform, faith based, minority issues, immigration, HIV/AIDS and International trade in developing countries.

Ms. Davis is a doctoral candidate for the Thierry Graduate School of Leadership in Brussels, Belgium. She has an M.S. in Leadership and Business Ethics from Duquesne University and an M.A. in Political Science from the University of Connecticut. She has a B.A. in Mass Communications and Political Science from the University of Hartford (Magna Cum Laude). Ms. Davis studies Italian at the Sorrento Lingue in Sorrento, Italy. She has a private tutor year round in the states. Ms. Davis completed a Masters Class at the John F. Kennedy School of Government Executive Leadership Program at Harvard University The Art and Practice of Leadership. Ms. Davis led an academic round table discussion at the Global Women's Leadership Conference in Dubai, UAE. Ms. Davis is an adjunct Professor at the University of Hartford. She teaches Political Leadership.

Ms. Davis is the author of numerous training manuals for her client audiences. Ms. Davis has won several business awards, journalism awards (best feature writer and investigative reporter, and is an internationally recognized Poet in Europe).

She is a freelance writer for an elite travel magazine called Odyssey Couleur. She has freelanced for the Hartford Advocate, Hartford Courant and New Haven Register. Her hard hitting Op-ed pieces have debut in the top newspapers, wire services and online blogs in the United States. Her writings have been featured in China, Southeast Asia and all over the Middle East.

She has been featured in several magazines (Russian Magazine) and newspapers (New York Times, Jerusalem Post, Palestinian Times, Black Enterprise Magazine, New Century Newspaper in Uzbekistan); to recently include Hartford Magazine and her Alma mater magazines at the University of Connecticut and the University of Hartford.

She serves as a lecturer on American presidential politics, the electoral process, media and crisis communications, women empowerment and business, leadership and business ethics, negotiation and conflict resolution, collaborative problem solving and conflict resolution. She travels on official business to help promote American diplomacy for the U.S. Department of State. She has served as surrogate spokesperson for the White House. She is also a political analyst for radio and television. She was recognized by the Embassy of Tel Aviv and the Consulate of Jerusalem for furthering public diplomacy efforts between Israeli and Palestinian women.  

Ms. Davis was responsible for planning, organizing and executing a major trade mission to Senegal, Mali, Ghana, Cote D'Ivoire and Nigeria on behalf of President Bush for former Congressional Leader J.C. Watts, Jr. This trade mission was in support of Africa Growth and Opportunities Act (AGOA).

Appointed by Governor M. Jodi Rell for the State of Connecticut, Ms. Davis is a Commissioner for the Permanent Commission on the Status of Women. She is on the board of directors for the World Affairs Council in Connecticut. She served as an appointee by George W. Bush to the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts.
