ONE PERSON CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE - PREDATOR CAUGHT

I am sure that at some point in everyones lifetime we have each heard, "One Person Can't Make A Difference".  
 
ONE PERSON CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE! ! ! !  I HAVE SUCCESSFULLY PROVEN THAT TODAY.
 
Sad story, but true is where this starts.  In 1991 the man that molested my three children  in the State of Arizona, was sentenced to 25 years in the Arizona Department of Corrections.
 
I fought with a vengence, became more knowledgeable of the state statutes on child molest against a minor child then most of the attorneys coming into the court.
I found a loophole in the law that allowed me to take my childrens rights away and I became the victim on their behalf.  
 
Down the road when I have the time, I'll share the whole story, to enlighten parents and educators and law enforcement officials of all the things they don't know today about it.
 
At the point he was incarcerated, I thought I'd never have to go through that again.
I should have known better than to think that, what with my luck.  A couple of years ago I went to battle in Northern Arizona on behalf of my granddaughter.
 
God, Our Creator, guiding us, can help us follow through and prove that one person can make a difference.  I just won a victory.  
 
On Saturday March 24, 2007, after reading about a man asking for help getting a child molester off of myspace, I wrote and said, Write to them and do what you can.  I told him, I am going to do this the way I know I can get it done.
 
I sat down and wrote a very short letter, that also provided the Georgia FBI with his conviction and release history and links into his 4 myspace accounts.  
 
My letter was as follows:  PLEASE, FROM A MOTHER OF 3 MOLESTED CHILDREN, DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS GUY.
 
HELLO, I WOULD LIKE PROOF IN WRITING BY EMAIL THAT YOU DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS GUY.  MY CHILDREN WERE VICTIMS AND HE'S HUNTING HIS NEXT VICTIMS.

This morning I received a six page email from A Detective in Georgia.  They sent me all documentation of all agencies they submitted my request to.  LOL, They sent it back and forth through many agencies.  First one said, Are we going to respond to this writer?  Or, let's discuss what to do with this one.  Tonia.  The sex offender is residing in Gordon Country.
 
Next one, Transfered two times to two agencies stated, and each time forwarded my letter was sent,

Transfered two more times, and at exactly 5:43 am this morning I received all of that, being their one liners  with this.

Per your request, I wanted to advise you of the actions taken.  Read below and should you have any questions here's my cell number.
 
I used state probation as a partner.
I received a copy of his special conditions and found that he is prohibited from being on the internet.
Based on that, the probation and I conducted a search of his home (including his computer).  
He is currently in custody for:
 
01.  Probation Violation
02.  Sex offender registry violation ( failing to register his "temporary" address
03.  Charges are pending for possessiong computer images of child pornography.

Some of my law enforcement friends were amazed when they heard what this one person, Sher had done in record time.  Television network associates said, they couldn't believe it.  Needless to say, our story doesn't stop here.  
 
Tomorrow, Fox 10 is interviewing us.  They have asked us to do a segment with them that may take a week to complete, because the want me to educate the public on the real deal behind these cases.
 
If,  when the interviews are all over, we said goodnight, I couldn't live with myself.

THIS IS HOW YOU, AS ONE PERSON CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE.  AS YOU OR PEOPLE YOU KNOW SURF THE WEB, KEEP YOUR EYES OPEN.  WE ARE ASKING YOU BUT FOR A MOMENT OF YOUR TIME.  IF YOU SEE A SITE THAT IS SAY A MAN, AND THE ONLY PEOPLE ON HIS SITE IS YOUNG CHILDREN, OR VICE VERSA WITH A WOMAN THAT ONLY HAS CHILDREN, AND SOMETHING TELLS YOU, THERES SOMETHING WRONG HER.  STOP.  HELP US HELP ANOTHER CHILD.  COPY AND PASTE THAT LINK FROM THAT SITE AND GO OVER TO OUR CHILD PREDATOR BUSTERS SITE AND POST IT IN AN EMAIL TO US.

WE WILL TAKE IT FROM THERE AND ONE AT A TIME WITH YOUR HELP, WE WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN THE NUMBER OF THESE PREDATORS HARMING OUR CHILDREN.

I never wanted to share this over the net but seeing this thread I wanted to share because I have closure with this issue now all tho I will never forget it, I was a victim of child molestation when I was 5 years old from a neighbor my parents trusted, this went on for about a year or so before my mom actually caught on to what was happening, I would always have money and wanted to go to the store and get candy with it and one day she asked me where I was getting the money and I broke down and told her, I don't want to go into detail here but it turned out the man was not only molesting me but 3 other boys also, I was suppose to go to court but he pleaded guilty the day before I was suppose to testify and I later learned they let him go and he never served any real jail time and he had moved back to Ohio I believe it was, allot of laws have changed since then and their is a heavy price to pay for these things now so I am glad you are doing this because this is a serious matter that should never be taken lightly.

Thank you so very much.  I know that if we didn't do something I wouldn't feel right about what we did do with the man in Georgia.  I appreciate your offer of help and trust me, just what has happened with this overnight is showing us we're going to need volunteers.

I am sorry that happened to you.  I was a victim when younger also.  Laws have changed and there are more things that need to happen.  In our new site we will be discussing some of the changes we'd like to work to see happen.

I am not stranger to this issue. It is one of the reasons I assist Bryant McGill in verifying celebrity profiles on MySpace and elsewhere. There have been a number of times celebrities have spokent to me of people posing as them for such unsavory purposes.

It is so amazing to me that there are so many people out there professing to be someone they aren't.  This issue has affected so many of us or our children that I figure between what yourself and Bryant are doing in conjunction with us, that we are going to make a difference and bring those numbers down and let these guys know, they may run, but they can't hide.

I just got back in the country on Friday when T0V told me of the amazing and selfless act you took to get this predator off the net. Kudos! As T0V shared he and I work with Bryant to ensure that places like myspace and cherrytap are safe. We need people like you who have faith and boldness to do what it takes to help us. Thank you so much for appreciating what I did.  I wouldn't be me if I didn't follow through.  I truly and sincerely appreciate your kind words.

I was interviewed on a couple of networks news programs and they have added our website to theirs.  I was honored they added our websites but didn't do anything that I didn't feel any other parent couldn't do, with one acception.

I HAVE TONS OF FAITH, AND HAVE STRENGTH AND BOLDNESS THAT WON'T QUIT WHEN I FEEL I'M DOING SOMETHING FOR THE RIGHT REASONS.

Get prepared, I think we're bringing number two tumbling down.  I submitted his information to the FBI in two states, and I have faith and conviction also that this predator also will be put back where he deserves.

You are so very right, we're all in this together.  It truly feels wonderful when someone goes out of their way to let me know I'm not in this alone.

Sometimes I look at myself and wish there were 10 of me so I could do 10 major projects at once with what all I do, but I do know that any I touch, have no choice but to succeed because I give them no choice and the words no and not and can't and couldn't aren't in my vocabulary.
