In the coming months McGill and his project leadership will be going to D.C. to stand before Congress on national television, where they will be awarded an official citation on the Congressional record. Responding to this recent news McGill stated:

"This is only the beginning. I interpret this honor as a confirmation of a world-wide revival of respect and peace. All things truly are possible. There are no rules, only choices, and I choose love. Cynicism is the only true enemy of progress. Your oath IS POWER, and we CAN make a difference. Every life is precious. Let us subdue the ravages of the baser-self, and aspire to the higher calling of exalting joy through compassion, for that is the one true purpose of humanity. Please, join us now, and become that great calling."

TREATY: McGill Officially Nominated for Nobel Peace Prize

February 10, 2009 -- Bryant McGill, the Founder and Goodwill Ambassador at Large for the Goodwill Treaty for World Peace has been officially Nominated for a Nobel Peace Prize. A group of deans at major universities, college chancellors, professors, university department heads, state legislators, and Emmy Award winners have come together to lay the groundwork, culminating in the official nomination for a man who has dedicated his life and dreams to a vision of greater peace and harmony in the world.

McGill, whose Ambassadorship was recently officially recognized by the United States Congress, and the State of Connecticut's Capitol through three senators and numerous legislators said:

"While I am deeply humbled and grateful, I must say that if we are lucky, perhaps after a decade of work, our team could be deserving of today's honour. I am ready for that work, and will not relent."

Recent signers onto the 25 year mission of the project include Matt Damon, Ben Affleck, George Noory, Charles Barkley, Don Cheadle, Jason Alexander, Montel Williams and Raymond "Ray" Romano. The Goodwill Treaty for World Peace is only in its second year, and has already garnered over 40 thousand signatures from 133 countries. The Treaty and McGill's writings, and work as an activist for world peace have been recognized by the United Nations, European Parliament, general assemblies, state capitals, legislators, leading cultural icons, "A-List" celebrities, world leaders, royalty, and dignitaries around the globe.

"This nomination, while in my name does not belong to me. I dedicate this nomination to all lovers of peace, who dare to have the unmitigated audacity to stand up to the sickness of cynicism, and defiantly believe that a more beautiful world is possible."

I would especially like to thank the following:

  • My true friends and supporters
  • Lesley Barton, Ambassador at Large
  • The faculty of Arizona State University, and the University of South Alabama,
  • my agent, Robert Sherwood
  • my manager, Bill Perrot
  • Tom Danheiser and Emmy award Winner, George Noory
  • the distinguished Philip Rubin Scholar, Dr. Gregory Cotter,
  • and all those who have participated in this enormous leap of faith.
"In order to continue to be blessed with the permission and protection to succeed in my mission, and to further canonize my intentions, making my contract with the universe unbreakable, I will be transferring the million dollar prize that would come with the winning of the Nobel Prize to charity."

"I am calling out for help to all good spirited people in the world, who have faith that through love, the world can be transformed into a sanctuary of abundance for all."

"Vast regions of the world are now literal human slaughter houses, where deserving, bright-hopeful eyes, now stare blankly toward the last hiding places deep within. Each of these worthy souls have been robbed by poverty, fear and grotesque apathy. They exist as former humans, who should be delightfully moving through the sacrosanct  journey of life with dignity, but are instead reduced to mere vessels of pain; they exist each relentless moment as vessels of pure misery."

"Cynicism is the only true enemy of progress. We may not be able to change the world overnight, and I have no fantasies of creating a utopia, but trust with me, through faith in possibility, that we can make some difference, and no matter how slight that difference is, it will be a resounding triumph for humanity! We are now taking our message before the kings and common citizens of the world, where we will open our hearts and implore their deepest consideration, and they will be changed. As Victor Hugo wrote, 'There is one thing stronger than all the armies in the world, and that is an idea whose time has come.' The time has come. We can, will and ARE creating a ripple, that will traverse the globe, carrying with it a message of hope through oneness."

"Please lay down your cynicism, and believe like little children in the transformative power of love. Give peace a chance by daring to believe all things are possible when you follow your heart. Sign the treaty today, and join us in making a binding contract with the universe for a better world tomorrow. Your oath IS POWER. Your declaration is the first step in a seemingly impossible journey."

"Every life is precious. Let us subdue the ravages of the baser-self, and aspire to the higher calling of exalting joy through compassion, for that is the one true purpose of humanity. Please, join us now, and become that great calling."

Bibi McGill, Beyonce's Lead Guitarist, Signs Treaty and Becomes Goodwill Ambassador

“Beyonce, guitarist Bibi McGill, and bassist Divinity Roxx at the American Music Awards”

Bibi McGill is a world famous guitarist, actress, and model. Prior to her current gig rocking the stage as Beyonce's lead guitarist, she was touring with Pink, blazing the stages of London, Spain, Singapore, Germany, and Australia with her high-voltage licks and stage moves. She continued the tour onto high-profile TV shows, including Saturday Night Live, MTV's Total Request Live, the Billboard Music Awards, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, and Britain's Top of the Pops. She wailed into 2002 with Pink at the one and only Dick Clark's Rockin' New Year's Eve. Quickly on the heels of Pink's promo tour, Bibi took to the road once more, this time with "The Mexican Madonna" Paulina Rubio to play the opening slot for the Enrique Iglesias tour.  She has scored principal roles in a half-dozen national commercials, including Motorola, Nike, and Heineken to name a few.

Bryant McGill reflects on Bibi's involvement. "When I think of Bibi McGill, at first she seems like a walking contradiction. She appears shocking, edgy, wild and over the top. Her performances are raw, explosive and catapult your senses into the stratosphere. She is bigger than life. She is a living cacophony of fashion, style and art; a motley pop-art, kaleidoscopic soul-diva. And yet, when you speak to Bibi, you do not find any discordance. She is solid, wise and grounded. There is a calmness, confidence and strength in her that can only come from true inner PEACE."

"She reminds me of the lotus bloom that sits on top of the water for all to see; radiant and resplendent to the senses, yet below the water line, unseen, the deep roots descend to a quiet still, and nurturing union with the source. She is in tune. As I think more about Bibi, I realize she is not a contradiction at all; she is simply not afraid to express her true self. Bibi is happy. She has joy and charity in her heart. She has developed the greatest talent anyone can possess; she lives life in humility. She has conquered herself and has emerged from her past experiences to a place where gratitude and love are her only masters. She is now ready to serve."

"Bibi has been in very worldly environments. She works in the highest levels of entertainment. She knows how the world works and has seen, and heard it all. But yet, after all the insanity and illusions the world could throw at her, she never allowed the world to beat her down, and convince her of the lie, that good things are not possible. She refused to become cynical. Cynicism is the only true enemy of peace. She understands that world peace begins with individuals who choose to have inner-peace, and that inner-peace is a choice away for anyone."

"No amount of money or fame was able to change Bibi from knowing that love is the only true healing power, and everything else in life is an illusion. I am so grateful for my friendship with Bibi, and I am blessed to stand with her as we stand together for PEACE. Peace comes in many forms and at many levels. In your relationships, homes, schools, workplace and even your nation, peace is desirable and attainable. Please lay down your cynicism, and believe like little children in the transformative power of love. Give peace a chance by daring to believe all things are possible when you follow your heart. Sign the treaty today, and join us in making a binding contract with the universe for a better world tomorrow."

Paul Gardner, Esquire, of the prestigious Gardner Law Group Signs Treaty

SourceCreation/Copyright by Paul Gardner

Paul Gardener is the managing partner of the Gardner Corporate & Entertainment Law Group, which is widely regarded as one the the top entertainment and corporate law firms in the United States. Under the stewardship of Mr. Gardner and his team, the Gardner Law Group is trusted by some of the most prominent individuals and institutions in the world.

Bryant McGill commented, "I am so delighted that Goodwill Ambassador Bibi McGill was joined at the symbolic treaty table by Paul Gardner, Esq., in April of 2008. Paul's simple act of intention reflects what I suspect is his guiding and principle desire for the universal justice he fights for daily. Here is an example of a very 'successful' man, who has not been made cynical by the system; a man who dares to continue believing that good things are still possible in this world. I would like to personally commend Mr. Gardner for having the courage to stand forward and be counted among those who are willing to imbue a simple document with the unlimited power of meaning that can only come from the human heart and will.

It is truth that we do not have to be victimized by the ugliness in the world any longer. I refuse to accept that world. There is a new world waiting for us all, and it is being brought about by people like Paul. What have you done for peace lately? Peace is desirable at all levels, is it not? It is desirable in the world, in our country, in our cities, in our own homes, and even in our inner-selves. Peace is worth considering. Please join our self-expression of simple intention, and show the world your goodwill."

Susaye Greene, Former Supreme, Signs Treaty and becomes Goodwill Ambassador

Creation/Copyright by Susaye Greene
“Susaye and Freddi Poole at a Red Carpet Event”

Susaye's career started at an early age with babyfood commercials.  While growing up in New York City as a teenager, she continued to do commercials and attended Professional Children's School. Later, she teamed up with Harry Belafonte and recorded his "Streets I Have Walked" album, and did several T.V. appearances with him. Susaye majored in drama at the High School of Performing Arts, made famous by the hit movie "Fame". While still very young, she travelled with musical genius Ray Charles, as a featured vocalist, and recorded as the original lead singer with New Birth, fronting their first million seller, "Until It's Time For You To Go", which still has a strong r&b and hip hop following today.

Susaye joined Stevie Wonder's Wonderlove, and began a long ongoing writing association with him. Together, they penned many tunes, including "I Can't Help It", which appeared on Michael Jackson's hit album "Off The Wall", which has been covered and sampled numerous times, as De La Sol's hit "Breakadawn", as Portrait's "Here We Go Again" which received a B.M.L Pop award for being one of the most performed songs of the year, and on Mary J.Blige's album, as "Sexy", and "All That I Can Say", as well as the rapper Fabolous" hit "Baby". Susaye co-wrote Deneice William's first million seller "Free", which has been recorded many times, as recently by Atlantic's Debelab Morgan, as "It's Real", by D.J. MIC Geronimo, and by Ice Cube as "The Freshest M.C. In The World" and LiL Kim.

Susaye was the last member of the Supremes, signed to Motown Records, with Mary Wilson and Scherrie Payne, travelling the world, doing live performances, major television shows and press events; she recorded the last two Supreme albums"High Energy" and "Mary Scherrie and Susaye". This group of Supremes became known as the most musical of all combinations of Supremes, scoring their last charted hit "I'm Gonna Let My Heart Do The Walking." Susaye and Scherrie recorded an album, "Partners" on which they co-produced, arranged and wrote all the songs.

Bryant McGill's comments, "I am filled with deep gratitude that my friend Susaye has joined us, but I am not surprised. Susaye and I share a special connection of the soul. I have seen in Susaye a beautiful and radiant woman, who deeply loves life, and who through her immense heart relishes in the creation of beauty. Susaye has a special dignity and comportment about her person that lets you know you are in the presence of a kind and wise master."

"Susaye Green has been around in this old world, and yet still believes peace is worth considering. She has seen it all, but has not been sullied by the dark cynicism's in the world. She is still like a little child who knows kindness is good. Will you please lay down your cynicisms with me and Susaye, and gently surrender to indomitable powers of faith and compassion? A new world awaits us."
